Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order by contacting us. Cancellation should be sent in writing by e-mail.
The refund will be granted as follows:
• For cancellations made 60 days and more before the event 80% refund of registration fee will be granted.
• For cancellations made between 60 days and 30 days before the workshop start date, a 50 % refund will begranted (or credit toward a future workshop) — due to venue and speaker commitments already made.
• For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date, no refund will be given, as most costs are fixed and non-recoverable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person, provided you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the workshop, and provided that your replacement meets all the same conditions and pays any additional difference or administrative fee.
• Should the workshop be postponed or cancelled by the organiser, registrants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
• All refunds will be processed within 20 days after receipt of your written cancellation notice. Transaction and bank fees may apply and will be deducted.
• By registering, you accept these terms and confirm that you understand the financial commitments incurred by the organiser on your behalf.
